WELCOME TO GRADES K-8 PHYSICAL EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL OF THE CATHEDRAL OF MARY OUR QUEEN.
Grades K-2 Physical Education classes meet twice a week and sometimes three times a week depending on the trimester. The children will learn how to warm up their muscles, stretch, and play fun games. We will also talk about fair play and good sportsmanship.
Grades 3-5 Physical Education classes are co-ed and meet once a week. Boys and girls are separated for 6-8 grade gym classes. The programs objectives are to promote good health through exercise and game related activities.
The Athletic Program at the Cathedral consist of Boys and Girls programs for all grades MWP- 8th grade. The team sports offered during the year include Soccer, Basketball, and Lacrosse.
